Our concept plans stage involves a comprehensive assessment of your home. We begin by conducting precise measurements, capturing detailed photographs, and engaging in thorough discussions to understand your specific requirements and desired style.
Within a week or two, we will schedule a meeting to unveil our innovative designs, complete with floor plans and a selection of 3D renders showcasing your envisioned transformation. During this session, we will also address any necessary approvals, associated costs, and accommodate any modifications you may require.
Following this collaborative meeting, we will incorporate your feedback and refine the plans accordingly.
Complying development certificate (cdc) package
Once we have finalized the concept design, we seamlessly transition it into a comprehensive set of architectural plans, meticulously prepared for submission to either the Council or a Private Certifier for the Complying Development Certificate (CDC) process. This full set of plans encompasses crucial elements, including detailed floor plans, sections, elevations, site plans, accurate area calculations, and the Basix certificate.
Furthermore, our dedication to providing a comprehensive service extends to handling the entire CDC package on your behalf. We take charge of organizing and arranging all the required documents, ensuring a smooth and efficient submission process. Throughout this journey, we actively collaborate with specialist consultants, such as surveyors, engineers, and stormwater/hydraulic engineers, and secure necessary approvals from relevant authorities, including Sydney Water.
Before we proceed to lodge the plans onto the planning portal, we prioritize meticulous attention to detail. To guarantee a flawless submission, we conduct an onsite plan meeting. This meeting allows us to thoroughly review and finalize any finer details together, ensuring that every aspect of the project is meticulously addressed and nothing is overlooked before submission.

The Development Application (DA) package process is indeed similar, as we take full responsibility for managing the entire process on your behalf. Our comprehensive service includes the preparation of the full architectural plans, as well as any additional documentation required by your local council, such as shadow diagrams, site analysis reports, erosion and sediment control plans, and waste management plans.
After conducting a detailed plan meeting to confirm and finalize all the intricate details, we proceed to lodge the application with the Council. Throughout the duration of the application's review period, we diligently manage the entire approval process, ensuring that all necessary steps and requirements are addressed in a timely manner.
Once we secure the approval from the Council, the next step is obtaining the Construction Certificate (CC). Rest assured, we are committed to providing continuous support and guidance throughout this stage.
